随着素质教育的发展,国家对教学内容提出更高、更严格的要求后,对教师的要求也更为严格,对于培养新时代基层小学数学教师核心素养也越来越受到重视。本文探讨了培养基层小学数学教师核心素养的意义,提出了一些措施,包括提升教师的职业道德素养、丰富文化科学素养、加强业务能力素养、巩固教育心理素养、扎牢专业基础知识、丰富教育理论知识、注意教育艺术、培养与时俱进的创新素养等,以培养基层小学数学教师核心素养。
