关于幼儿园区域活动设置与管理的思考

Reflections on the setting and management of kindergarten regional activities

摘要 学前阶段是培养幼儿性格、品德形成的主要时期,教师不仅要结合幼儿的兴趣精心设置活动区域,还应供幼儿自由选择游戏活动以灵活管理,培养其形成良好的自主能动意识。本文从幼儿的水平和发展需求出发,简要分析了当前幼儿园区域活动设置现存不足与问题,并结合具体活动管理提出了优化对策,以期缩短师生之间的心灵距离,营造宽松、愉悦、和谐的教学气氛。 Preschool stage is to cultivate children’s character,the formation of the main period of moral character,teachers should not only combine children’s interest carefully set activity area,should also be free for children to choose game activities to flexible management,cultivate its formation of a good sense of autonomy.Based on the children’s level and development needs,this paper briefly analyzes the existing deficiencies and problems in the current kindergarten regional activity setting,and puts forward optimization countermeasures combined with specific activity management,in order to shorten the mental distance between teachers and students and create a relaxed,pleasant and harmonious teaching atmosphere.
