基层幼儿园教师课堂教学能力提升策略研究

摘要 在农村,幼儿是家庭的希望,农村幼儿园教育是我国幼儿早期基础教育的重要环节。随着素质教育的不断推进,社会各界更加注重幼儿教育,尤其重视基层幼儿教师的课堂教学能力。在农村幼儿园,幼儿教师作为教学的主体和教育的主力,其自身教学能力的高低,直接影响着幼儿的成长与发展。因此,本文从基层幼儿园教师语言教学能力、观察能力及信息化教学能力方面入手,重点研究基层幼儿园教师课堂教学能力提升的策略,以实现教师综合能力的提高。 In rural areas,children are the hope of the family,and rural kindergarten education is an important part of early basic education for children in China.With the continuous advancement of quality education,all sectors of society pay more attention to preschool education,especially the classroom teaching ability of primary preschool teachers.In rural kindergartens,preschool teachers,as the main body of teaching and the main force of education,their own teaching ability directly affects the growth and development of children.Therefore,starting from the language teaching ability,observation ability and information teaching ability of primary kindergarten teachers,this paper focuses on the strategies to improve the classroom teaching ability of primary kindergarten teachers,so as to realize the improvement of teachers’comprehensive ability.
