试论小学班主任在语文教学中的德育渗透

On the Infiltration of Moral Education in Chinese Teaching by Primary School Class Teachers

现阶段,随着教育理念的持续发展,尤其是素质教育逐渐取代应试教育成为主流的大背景下,教育体系发生了较大的变革。相比于传统的以应试能力、考试成绩为核心的教育,素质教育理念下,学生综合素养的提升已经成为了教育的核心目标。而在学生的综合素养中,道德品质是所有素养的根基。此外,根据学生身心发展规律,小学阶段正是学生心智快速成长,思想品德体系初步建成的关键黄金时期,在这一阶段对学生进行的德育工作效果是最为显著的。为此,如何在小学阶段加强学生道德品质教育是小学教育的关键任务。语文这一学科是培养学生基本文学素养,促进学生爱国主义精神形成的重要课程。因此,我们必须重视小学语文教学中的德育渗透工作,以促进学生良好思想道德品质的养成。

At present,with the continuous development of educational concept,especially under the background that quality-oriented education gradually replaces exam-oriented education as the mainstream,the education system has undergone a great change.Compared with the traditional education centering on exam-oriented ability and examination results,under the concept of quality-oriented education,the improvement of students’comprehensive quality has become the core goal of education.In the comprehensive quality of students,moral quality is the foundation of all qualities.In addition,according to the law of students’physical and mental development,the primary school stage is the critical golden period for the rapid growth of students’mind and the initial construction of their ideological and moral system,during which the most significant effect of moral education on students is achieved.Therefore,how to strengthen the moral character education in primary school is the key task of primary school education.The subject of Chinese is an important course to cultivate students’basic literary accomplishment and promote the formation of students’patriotic spirit.Therefore,we must attach importance to moral education in primary school Chinese teaching in order to promote the cultivation of students’good ideological and moral qualities.
