体育教学是高中课程教学的一部分,是锻炼学生体能素质,培养积极的心态,促进学生全面发展的重要课程。因此,我们必须要重视高中体育教学,在教学中重视游戏方法的应用,调动高中生体育学习的热情和积极性,提高体育课堂教学的有效性。基于此,本文对高中体育教学中如何应用游戏方法进行了探讨,以供参考。

Physical education is a part of senior high school curriculum teaching,which is an important course to train students’physical quality,cultivate positive mentality and promote students’all-round development.Therefore,we must attach importance to high school physical education,attach importance to the application of game methods in teaching,arouse the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of high school students in physical education,and improve the effectiveness of physical education classroom teaching.Based on this,this paper discusses how to apply the game method in high school physical education for reference.
