初中班主任对寄宿制学生家庭教育指导策略

Guidance Strategy of Junior Middle School Head Teacher to Boarding Students’ Family Education

寄宿制学生多是因为学生家庭距离学校较远、学生家人无人照顾其日常起居,而选择住校生活和学习。寄宿生的家庭教育问题是十分突出的,寄宿生的父母对学生的关注较少,与学生的交流沟通也较少,进而无法给予学生充分的关怀和支持。因此,初中班主任应该做好寄宿学生的家庭教育指导工作,特别是深入了解学生的家庭情况,帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯和生活习惯。本文就初中班主任对寄宿制学生家庭教育指导情况进行了初步分析,并提出了几点建议。

Most boarding students choose to live and study at school because their families are far away from the school and their families have no one to take care of the students’daily life.The family education problem of boarding students is very prominent.The parents of boarding students pay less attention to students and communicate with students less,so they cannot give students sufficient care and support.Therefore,the junior high school head teacher should do a good job of home education and guidance for boarding students,especially in-depth understanding of the students’family situation,to help students develop good study and living habits.This article makes a preliminary analysis of the junior high school head teacher’s guidance on home education for boarding students,and puts forward several suggestions.
