浅谈在中学英语教学中渗透心理健康教育的研究

在时代快速发展下,互联网的高速发展给当前社会形成较大的冲击,在这样的背景下下学生的观念和内心都会受到一定的影响,导致当前一些中学生出现较为严重的心理问题,因此当前的中学教师应该加强对学生的心理引导,通过有效途径改善他们的心理问题。英语课作为主流科目,教师可以试图将英语教学与心理健康教育进行整合,以此改善学生的心理问题。本文对当前中学英语教学渗透心理健康教育作出分析,以供参考。

With the rapid development of the times,the rapid development of the Internet has formed a greater impact on the current society.Under such a background,students’ideas and hearts will be affected to a certain extent,leading to more serious psychological problems for some middle school students.Current middle school teachers should strengthen their psychological guidance to students and improve their psychological problems through effective ways.As the mainstream subject of English class,teachers can try to integrate English teaching and mental health education to improve students’psychological problems.This article analyzes the current infiltration of mental health education in middle school English teaching for reference.
