摘要
教师必须通过组织高质量、多层次的课堂教学活动,促进后进生主动调整自身学习方式与学习态度,克服自身所具备的畏难心理,在教师与其他同学的帮助下复习过去所学的化学学科基础知识。本文主要分析了我国初中阶段化学教学中后进生的产生原因,并指出了教师应当在组织教学活动、转化后进生时坚持的基本教学原则,总结了提高教学效率、高效转化后进生的可行策略。
Teachers must organize high-quality and multi-level classroom teaching activities to promote the backward students to actively adjust their learning methods and attitudes,overcome their fear of difficulties,and review the basic knowledge of chemistry with the help of teachers and other students.This paper mainly analyzes the causes of Underachievers in junior high school chemistry teaching,points out the basic teaching principles that teachers should adhere to when organizing teaching activities and transforming underachievers,and summarizes the feasible strategies to improve teaching efficiency and transform underachievers efficiently.
