意自主 重实效——浅谈幼儿园家长学校的课程开展

On the Curriculum Development of Parents’ Schools in Kindergartens

摘要 幼儿园家长学校的课程开展并非一蹴而就,而是一项长期的系统工程,离不开广大幼儿教师、家长的努力和配合。幼儿园需要以家园共育为教育视角,积极的开发和利用家长课程资源,让家长能够积极的参与到幼儿教育中并发挥自身优势的作用,从而增强幼儿的学习幸福感和获得感,激发幼儿的学习兴趣,培养幼儿良好的学习习惯。本文首先分析了幼儿园家长学校课程开展的现状,然后从结合家长需求,合理选择课程;丰富课程实施,增强课程实效;全面课程评价,督促家长学习三个角度分析了幼儿园家长学校的课程开展策略,希望能对同行朋友们提供参考。 The curriculum development of kindergarten parent school is not achieved overnight,but a long-term systematic project,which cannot be separated from the efforts and cooperation of kindergarten teachers and parents.Kindergartens need to take home co education as the educational perspective,actively develop and use parents’curriculum resources,so that parents can actively participate in early childhood education and play their own advantages,so as to enhance children’s learning happiness and sense of gain,stimulate children’s interest in learning,and cultivate children’s good learning habits.This paper first analyzes the current situation of kindergarten parent school curriculum development,and then analyzes the curriculum development strategy of kindergarten parent school from three aspects:combining parents’needs,reasonably selecting curriculum;enriching curriculum implementation,enhancing curriculum effectiveness;comprehensive curriculum evaluation,urging parents to learn,hoping to provide reference for peers.
