摘要
随着社会发展和教育改革的不断推进,物理成为了初中课程中的一门基础课程,但是在物理的教学过程中可以发现班级内形成了两极分化的现象,出现了许多的后进生。后进生的出现,无论是对于自身物理的学习,还是对于整体班级内的学习进程,都有着很大的影响。所以各位教师在教学过程中应该注意到这一现象,认真分析班级内出现后进生的成因,了解他们的学习状况,制定相应的学习计划改变这种局面,转化班级内的后进生,提高初中物理的教学效率,提升班级整体成绩。
With the continuous advancement of social development and educational reform,physics has become a basic course in the junior high school curriculum.However,in the process of physics teaching,it can be found that polarization has formed in the class,and many underachievers have appeared.The emergence of underachievers has a great impact on both their own physics learning and the overall learning process in the class.Therefore,teachers should pay attention to this phenomenon in the teaching process,carefully analyze the causes of underachievers in the class,understand their learning conditions,formulate corresponding learning plans to change this situation,transform the underachievers in the class,and improve junior high school physics The teaching efficiency improves the overall grades of the class.
