幼儿园新教师语言领域有效开展的实践与研究

Practice and Research on the Effective Development of New Kindergarten Teachers’ Language Field

随着我国幼儿教育的不断扩大发展,近年来,越来越多的新教师走上幼儿园工作岗位,从事幼教工作。但是根据对幼儿园教育实际情况的了解,新教师在教学开展方面经常存在一些障碍,需要更有效的引导,帮助新教师突破教育实践困境。如何提高新教师语言领域教育能力和提高实践指导能力,是当前新教师综合素质提升的重点。本文就从幼儿园新教师语言领域有效开展方面,探讨如何做好教育指导,提升新教师教育能力,更好应对幼儿园语言领域教学。

With the continuous expansion and development of early childhood education in China,in recent years,more and more new teachers have taken up kindergarten jobs and engaged in preschool education.However,according to the understanding of the actual situation of kindergarten education,new teachers often have some obstacles in teaching development,and need more effective guidance to help new teachers break through the dilemma of educational practice.How to improve the educational ability and practical guidance ability of new teachers in the field of language is the focus of improving the comprehensive quality of new teachers.In this paper,from the aspects of the effective development of the new kindergarten teachers’language field,this paper discusses how to do a good job of educational guidance,improve the new teachers’educational ability,and better deal with the kindergarten language Oral Territory Teaching.
