小学主题班会实施现状及有效性策略研究

摘要 在小学教育当中,主题班会是对学生进行教育的重要途径。班会课可以增强班级凝聚力,让教师与学生的交流更加频繁。班主任对于小学班会课的设计,可以针对本班学生存在的问题,从实际情况出发,选择一些有效的教育内容,同时确定主题班会的目的,从而设计出主题班会的方案。基于此,本文通过对小学主题班会的现状进行分析,随后从三个方面研究了小学班会课模式选择的策略,以此供相关人士参考交流。 In elementary education,thematic classes are an important way to educate students.Class meetings can enhance class cohesion and allow teachers to communicate with students more frequently.For the design of the class meeting in elementary school,the head teacher can select some effective educational content based on the actual situation based on the problems of the students in the class,and at the same time determine the purpose of the theme class meeting,so as to design the theme class meeting plan.Based on this,this article analyzes the status quo of the primary school theme class meetings,and then studies the strategy of selecting the primary school class meeting mode from three aspects,so as to provide relevant people for reference and communication.
