摘要
家校合作交流,在小学生成长过程中有着极其重要的作用,特别是班主任与学困生家长的沟通,对提高学生学习成绩,促进心理健康发展有着不可替代的作用。本文通过对小学学困生心理特点以及班主任与学困生家长沟通重要性的详细分析,重点阐述了班主任与学困生家长沟通的策略。
Home-school cooperation and communication play an extremely important role in the growth of primary school students,especially the communication between class teachers and parents with learning difficulties,which plays an irreplaceable role in improving students’academic performance and promoting the development of mental health.Through the detailed analysis of the psychological characteristics of primary school students with learning difficulties and the importance of communication between class teachers and parents of students with learning difficulties,this paper focuses on the communication strategies between class teachers and parents of students with learning difficulties.
