浅谈如何发挥教师观察指导作用开展有效区域活动

摘要 区域活动是一项自主的趣味游戏活动,它对幼儿的创造力、想象力、学习兴趣、合作精神等培养有着独特作用。虽然区域游戏的主人公是幼儿,但幼儿教师却承担着重要责任,既是指导者亦是观察者。为进一步推进区域活动发挥自身作用,幼儿教师就必须明责、做事。要充分发挥自身作用,做好有效的观察与指导工作,找准幼儿区域活动背后的新教育点,有效切入,基于区域活动提升幼教实效性。 Regional activities are an independent fun game activity,which has a unique effect on the cultivation of children’s creativity,imagination,interest in learning,and spirit of cooperation.Although the protagonist of the regional game is the child,the kindergarten teacher bears an important responsibility as both the instructor and the observer.In order to further promote regional activities to play their role,kindergarten teachers must be accountable and do things.It is necessary to give full play to its own role,do effective observation and guidance,find the new educational points behind the children’s regional activities,effectively cut in,and improve the effectiveness of early childhood education based on regional activities.
