浅谈小学班主任德育对学生政治思想培养

A Brief Talk on Moral Education of the Teacher in Charge of Primary School to Cultivate Students’Political Thought

小学班主任德育就是对学生的政治素养、道德品质以及精神思想做出积极引导的教育。小学班主任教师在教育实践中要对自身德育职责进行明确,从学生政治思想的培养角度对教学活动进行改革创新,促进小学生身心健康发展。本文选取小学班主任德育作为切入点,针对学生政治思想的培养措施进行了细化的探究,力求能为小学班主任教师合理化开展德育提供理论支持。

The moral education of the primary school headteacher is the education that actively guides the students’political literacy,moral quality and spiritual thinking.Primary school head teachers must clarify their own moral education responsibilities in educational practice,reform and innovate teaching activities from the perspective of cultivating students’political thoughts,and promote the physical and mental health of primary students.This article selects the moral education of the primary school headteacher as the entry point,and conducts a detailed exploration of the training measures of students’political thoughts,and strives to provide theoretical support for the rationalization of the primary school head teacher’s moral education.
