浅谈幼儿园班级管理中德育教育的实施价值及策略

On The Implementation Value And Strategy Of Moral Education In Kindergarten Class Management

目前,幼儿园教育要求越来越规范,如何进行幼儿园班级管理成为幼儿园教育的热点问题。在幼儿园班级管理中强调要融入德育元素,本文首先对幼儿园班级管理中德育教育的现状进行分析,然后提出在幼儿园班级管理中必须融入德育教育需要从三方面着手。首先,在班级制度制定中融入德育元素;其次,在班级制度实施时发挥德育精神;最后,在班级管理过程中融入德育理念。通过从三方面着手,实现德育教育在幼儿园班级管理中的运用。

at present,the requirements of kindergarten education are more and more standardized,how to carry out the kindergarten class management has become a hot issue in kindergarten education.In kindergarten class management,it is emphasized to integrate moral education elements.This paper first analyzes the current situation of moral education in kindergarten class management,and then puts forward that moral education must be integrated into kindergarten class management,which needs to start from three aspects.Firstly,moral education elements are integrated into the class system;secondly,the moral spirit is brought into play when the class system is implemented;finally,the moral education concept is integrated into the class management process.From three aspects,we can realize the application of moral education in kindergarten class management.
