幼儿游戏教学中自主游戏模式的行为观察与策略 被引量:4

摘要 随着时代的不断发展与进步,教育部门以及相关教师愈加关注幼儿教育工作的开展情况。幼儿时期是学生心智成长的重要时期。受年龄影响,幼儿接触世界时间尚短,各方面认知能力有待提升。在这一条件下,幼儿教师积极开展自主游戏式育儿活动,并引领幼儿主动参与游戏当中,对幼儿身心发展至关重要。游戏期间,幼儿教师应该细致观察、分析幼儿的行为状态,并找出其中的变化规律,进而有效优化自身游戏育儿方法。经实践发现,上述行为观察部分工作的开展质量对幼儿教师育儿质量具有直接影响。目前,上述游戏育儿工作已然初具规模,相关教师行为观察质量也有明显提升。幼儿在自主游戏活动下,综合素质全面发展,且能够为其未来的学习、生活打下良好基础。 With the development and progress of The Times,education departments and relevant teachers are increasingly concerned about the development of early childhood education.Early childhood is an important period for students’mental growth.Under the influence of age,children’s exposure to the world is still short,and their cognitive abilities in various aspects need to be improved.Under this condition,preschool teachers actively carry out independent play-based parenting activities and lead children to actively participate in the game,which is crucial to children’s physical and mental development.During the game,preschool teachers should carefully observe and analyze children’s behavior state,and find out the change rules,and then effectively optimize their own game parenting methods.It is found by practice that the quality of the above behavior observation work has a direct impact on the quality of nursery school teachers.At present,the above game parenting work has begun to take shape,and the observation quality of relevant teachers’behavior has also been significantly improved.Children can develop their comprehensive quality in an all-round way and lay a good foundation for their future study and life.
