家长参与选择性课程开发的实践对策探讨

摘要 根据《幼儿园教育指导纲要》以及新纲要的规定,幼儿园课程的设置应该丰富多样,具备趣味性丰富性等特点,不仅要符合幼儿园学生的身心特点,同时还要促进幼儿德智体美劳全面发展。因此,现阶段幼儿园课程的设置经过不断的更新和优化,除了具备基础的幼儿园课程之外,还有园本课程、特色课程等丰富多样的选择性课程等,能够满足现阶段的教学规定以及学生的学习需求,丰富幼儿的校园生活。其中由于选择性课程内容颇多、课程环境也更加复杂等现实情况的约束,要想提升选择性课程的实效性与认可度,积极动员家长参与到选择性课程的开发中是一项必要途径,同时迎合了当下家校共育促进幼儿身心发展的趋势。 According to the"guidelines for kindergarten education"and the new program,the kindergarten curriculum should be rich and diverse,with interesting and rich characteristics,not only to meet the physical and mental characteristics of kindergarten students,but also to promote the comprehensive development of children’s moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor.Therefore,the current kindergarten curriculum has been constantly updated and optimized.In addition to the basic kindergarten curriculum,there are also a variety of selective courses such as kindergarten based curriculum,characteristic curriculum,etc.,which can meet the current teaching regulations and students’learning needs,and enrich children’s campus life.Among them,due to the constraints of the reality,such as a lot of selective courses and more complex curriculum environment,in order to enhance the effectiveness and recognition of selective courses,it is a necessary way to actively mobilize parents to participate in the development of selective courses,and at the same time,it caters to the current trend of home school co education to promote children’s physical and mental development.
