小学低年级班级管理问题及对策研究

摘要 随着新课改的不断深入,以生为本,关注学生成长、培养学生自主学习和全面发展的能力正不断影响着基础教育的教育理念和教学策略。小学阶段的学生正处于身心发展的重要阶段,其健康成长和学习兴趣、能力、思维的开发离不开家长和教师的督促和矫正。因此,作为小学低年级班主任自感责任重大,如何针对低年级开展班级管理工作,如何采取有效措施优化班级管理任务,解决管理中存在的问题,为小学阶段学生学习和成长营造良好的环境氛围至关重要。本文结合现阶段小学低年级班级管理工作中存在的问题简单探讨一下自身的理解以及对相关对策展开分析。 With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,to be born,to cultivate students’autonomous learning and focus on students’growth is increasingly affecting the ability of comprehensive development of basic education education ideas and teaching strategies of elementary school students is in the crucial stage of physical and mental development,its healthy growth and development of interest in learning ability thinking without parents and teachers’supervise and correct Therefore,as the elementary school lower grade teacher in charge self-induction responsibility,how in view of the junior class management work,how to take effective measures to optimize class management tasks,to solve the problems existing in the management,for primary school students to learn and grow is very important to create a good environment atmosphere based on the present problems existing in the elementary school lower grade class management work easy to explore the understanding of their own,and analyzes the related countermeasure.
