新课标改革深入推进的背景下,我们的教育的价值取向和培养目标要转向人才的创新能力和自主思考学习能力的培养这个方面上来。实行创新教育以培养更多具有创新能力的人才已经刻不容缓。而人才培养的关键阶段就是高中。高中正是学生智力体力高速发展的时期,他们拥有学习创新的能力,也有培养创新能力的必要性。因此,我们高中物理教师要运用各种不同的方式在课堂教育中启发学生引导学生,激发创新潜能,提升他们的创新精神和创新能力。

In the context of the in-depth advancement of the new curriculum standard reform,our education value orientation and training objectives should turn to the cultivation of talents’innovative ability and independent thinking and learning ability.It is urgent to implement innovation education to train more talents with innovative ability.The key stage of talent training is high school.High school is a period of rapid development of students’intelligence and physical strength.They have the ability to learn and innovate,and it is also necessary to cultivate innovative ability.Therefore,our high school physics teachers should use a variety of different methods to inspire and guide students in classroom education,stimulate their innovative potential,and enhance their innovative spirit and ability.
