新课标要求学校要将学生放在主体地位,让学生在学校的学习生活中拥有自我意识,从而使高中学生能够健康、全面的成长,进而具备符合时代要求的综合素质。为了实现这一目的,相关的教育工作者积极探索,研究出了很多可以实施的有效教学方案,基于人本化管理的高中学生自我管理实践就是其中一个,作为老师应该积极配合学生进行自我管理的实践。
