Practice of High School Students’Self-management Based on Humanistic Management

摘要 新课标要求学校要将学生放在主体地位,让学生在学校的学习生活中拥有自我意识,从而使高中学生能够健康、全面的成长,进而具备符合时代要求的综合素质。为了实现这一目的,相关的教育工作者积极探索,研究出了很多可以实施的有效教学方案,基于人本化管理的高中学生自我管理实践就是其中一个,作为老师应该积极配合学生进行自我管理的实践。 The new curriculum standard requires schools to put students in the main position,so that students have a sense of self in school learning and life,so that high school students can healthy and comprehensive growth,and then have the requirements of The Times comprehensive quality.In order to achieve this goal,relevant educators actively explore and research a lot of effective teaching programs that can be implemented.The practice of high school students’self-management based on humanistic management is one of them.Teachers should actively cooperate with students in the practice of self-management.
