新课程下高中英语教师教学信念认知研究思路构建

The Construction of Research Thoughts on the Cognition of Teaching Beliefs of English Teachers in Senior Middle Schools

摘要 在新课程改革下,对教师的教学信念认知有了更高的要求,对于英语教师而言,不仅要为学生讲述英语知识,让学生掌握英语学习技能,增强学生的英语水平,同时还要对教学信念有清晰的认知,为学生传递正确的价值观,对学生的核心素养加以提升,促进高中学生实现全面发展,本文分析了新课标下高中英语教师的信念认知,探究了加强高中英语教师教学信念认知的方法,以便提高英语教师的教学水平。 Under the new curriculum reform,there are higher requirements for teachers’teaching beliefs.For English teachers,it is not only necessary to tell students English knowledge,let students master English learning skills,and enhance their English proficiency.It is also necessary to have a clear understanding of teaching beliefs,convey correct values to students,improve students’core literacy,and promote high school students to achieve all-round development.This article analyzes the belief cognition of high school English teachers under the new curriculum standards and explores Methods to strengthen the cognition of teaching beliefs of high school English teachers in order to improve the teaching level of English teachers.
