赏识教育——奏响师生间最和谐的音符

Appreciative Teaching——Playing the most harmonious note between teachers and students

摘要 在素质教育和新课程改革对基础教育不断推进的大背景下,中学生课堂管理更注重以学生为本,解放学生的个性。教师要及时发现每个学生的闪光点并使其发光发亮,所以在教学中对赏识尺度的把握和赏识方法的讲究就显得尤其重要。如何在班级管理过程中实施爱的赏识教育,笔者认为其具体应用应表现为:教师赞赏与同伴赞赏相结合,营造和谐的班级氛围;寻找赏识契机适时引导,注意赏识形式多样化;尊重个体差异,使赏识教育恰适其人;坚持实事求是,使赏识教育恰到好处。 In the context of quality education and new curriculum reform to promote basic education,middle school students’ classroom management pays more attention to student-oriented,liberate students’ personality. Teachers should find every student’s shining point in time and make it shine,so it is particularly important to grasp the appreciation scale and pay attention to the appreciation method in teaching. How to implement the appreciation education of love in the process of class management,the author thinks that its specific application should be shown as follows: the combination of Teacher Appreciation and peer appreciation to create a harmonious class atmosphere;looking for appreciation opportunities,timely guidance,paying attention to the diversification of appreciation forms;respecting individual differences to make appreciation education appropriate to the person;adhering to seeking truth from facts to make appreciation education appropriate.
