小学班主任作为学生成长过程的"引路人",在学生整个成长阶段、学习生涯中有着不可替代的重要作用,而小学班主任综合素养将直接影响到学生价值观、世界观的形成。因此,加强小学班主任综合素质,更好地引导和管理学生人格与观念的形成,启蒙其形成良好的世界认知。本文重点叙述了小学生班主任提高综合素养,科学、合理管理班级,全面促进学生发展的有效途径,助推班级良好班风的"成长"。

As a "guide" in the process of students’ growth,primary school head teachers play an irreplaceable role in the whole growth stage and learning career of students,and their comprehensive quality will directly affect the formation of students’ values and world outlook. Therefore,we should strengthen the comprehensive quality of primary school head teachers,better guide and manage the formation of students’ personality and concept,and enlighten them to form a good world cognition. This paper focuses on the effective ways to improve the comprehensive quality of primary school class teachers,manage the class scientifically and reasonably,promote the development of students in an all-round way,and boost the "growth" of good class atmosphere.
