摘要
纵观中学教育教学机制,有关于心理危机干预工作存在机构设立问题以及咨询教师数量不足的情况。高中生对心理危机缺乏正确认知,学生没有主动咨询意识,甚至规避心理咨询相关活动,在危机出现之后未能及时处理问题。而朋辈式心理辅导,学生代表与班级同学面对面进行沟通,直接获取信息增强沟通交流的简便性,危机干预灵活性显著提升,对高中生的健康成长有积极作用,需要结合实践研究,探讨优化改革的策略方法。
Throughout the middle school education and teaching mechanism,there are problems about the establishment of psychological crisis intervention institutions and the lack of consulting teachers. High school students are lack of correct cognition of psychological crisis,and they have no consciousness of active counseling,and even avoid the activities related to psychological counseling. However,peer counseling,in which students’ representatives communicate with their classmates face to face,can directly obtain information,enhance the convenience of communication,and significantly enhance the flexibility of crisis intervention,has a positive effect on the healthy growth of high school students. Therefore,it is necessary to explore the strategies and methods to optimize the reform combined with practical research.
