摘要 随着素质教育的推行和深度贯彻实施,我国的中学教学更加注重学生的德智体美全面发展,每个家庭对于子女的教育也越来越重视。由此,家校沟通越发必要,班主任作为孩子每天在校接触时间和频率最多的人,对孩子的成长轨迹和成长问题自然会有比较客观实际的判断,家长作为孩子天然的成长引导者,对于一个孩子的成长来说,起着至关重要的作用,因此,对于孩子的成长来说,家长与班主任的合作教育不可或缺。初中孩子正值青春叛逆期,成长教育面临更多的疑惑,更加需要班主任和家长的实时密切沟通,为孩子的成长保驾护航。但是,在现实教学过程中我们可以看到的是,初中班主任与家长合作存在很多问题,本文就简单探讨一下初中班主任与家长合作中存在的问题及相应的解决对策。 With the implementation and deep implementation of quality education,the middle school teaching in our country pays more attention to the all-round development of students’ moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic development,and every family pays more and more attention to the education of their children.As a result,home-school communication is more and more necessary. As the person who has the most contact time and frequency in school every day,the head teacher will naturally have a more objective and practical judgment on the child’s growth track and growth problems.Therefore,the cooperative education between parents and class teachers is indispensable.Junior high school kids Growth education faces more doubts and needs real-time close communication between class teachers and parents to protect children’s growth.However,in the process of practical teaching,we can see that there are many problems in the cooperation between junior high school class teachers and parents.This paper briefly discusses the problems existing in the cooperation between junior high school class teachers and parents and the corresponding solutions.
