摘要
体能是个人综合素质的一个重要体现,在全面推行素质教育的大背景之下,更应当重视对学生体能的锻炼,促进其体能发展。在小学阶段,体育课为提升学生体能的重要途径,其在教授学生体育技能的同时,通过让学生参与体育运动实践,达到增强体质,促进学生身心健康发展的目的。随着对体育教学的研究深入,发现大密度适宜强度的体育课在发展学生体能方面具有重要作用。本文主要分析探讨了通过大密度适宜强度体育课促进小学生体能发展的有效策略。
Physical fitness is an important manifestation of personal comprehensive quality. Under the background of comprehensively implementing quality education,more attention should be paid to the exercise of students’ physical fitness to promote their physical development. At the elementary level,physical education is an important way to improve students’ physical fitness. While teaching students sports skills,it also allows students to participate in sports practice to enhance their physical fitness and promote their physical and mental health. With the in-depth study of physical education,it is found that high-density physical education with appropriate intensity plays an important role in developing students’ physical fitness. This article mainly analyzes and explores effective strategies to promote the physical development of primary school students through high-density and appropriateintensity physical education classes.
