随着社会经济的不断发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,身体健康程度越来越受到关注,尤其是现阶段青少年身体素质不断下降,体育锻炼已经成为人们日常生活中的热门话题。在当今教育形势下,体育教学课堂中教师和师生的关系已经发生了变化,不再是传统的教师单一的向学生进行知识传授的过程,而是变成了民主平等和谐的师生关系。教师在课堂教学中要主动创新课堂教学方式,提高学生进行体育知识训练学习的积极性。

With the continuous development of social economy,people’s living standards continue to improve,more and more attention is paid to the degree of physical health,especially at this stage the physical quality of young people continue to decline,physical exercise has become a hot topic in People’s Daily life. Under the current educational situation,the relationship between teachers and students in physical education classroom has changed. It is no longer a traditional process of teachers imparting knowledge to students,but a democratic,equal and harmonious relationship between teachers and students. In classroom teaching,teachers should take the initiative to innovate classroom teaching methods and improve students’ enthusiasm for PE knowledge training and learning.
