初中英语分层教学的思考与实践

摘要 初中阶段的英语一直是一个较为重要的基础英语学习,初中英语学习通过一个较为系统的基础英语学习,学好初中阶段的英语可以为之后的英语学习打下一个好的基础,使学生进一步深入学习英语能够更加游刃有余。因此,初中英语教师也是尽量想尽办法来更好地促进学生进行英语学习,此时,分层教学法进入了老师们的视野,分层教学旨在实现因材施教,为不同能力水平的学生量身订造专属的学习方式,将教学方案的效果最大化呈现出来,带给学生们一个符合自己学习水平的同等教学速度,期望初中英语老师能在这个分层教学中找准每个学生的定位,设计更加完善的初中英语教学计划,促进学生们初中英语学习的进步。本文主要先讲述初中英语分层教学的意义,随后描述目前初中英语分层教学的实践困难,最后阐述如何将初中英语分层教学做得更好。 Junior high school English has always been an important basic English learning,junior high school English learning through a more systematic basic English learning,learning junior high school English can lay a good foundation for later English learning,so that students can learn English more easily. Therefore,junior high school English teachers also try their best to promote students’ English learning. At this time,hierarchical teaching method has entered the teachers’ vision. Hierarchical teaching aims to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,tailor exclusive learning methods for students with different ability levels,maximize the effect of the teaching scheme,and bring students a learning level in line with their own It is expected that junior high school English teachers can find out the orientation of each student in this hierarchical teaching,design more perfect junior high school English teaching plan,and promote the progress of students’ junior high school English learning. This paper first describes the significance of junior high school English hierarchical teaching,then describes the practical difficulties of junior high school English hierarchical teaching,and finally expounds how to do junior high school English hierarchical teaching better.
