初中阶段的英语一直是一个较为重要的基础英语学习,初中英语学习通过一个较为系统的基础英语学习,学好初中阶段的英语可以为之后的英语学习打下一个好的基础,使学生进一步深入学习英语能够更加游刃有余。因此,初中英语教师也是尽量想尽办法来更好地促进学生进行英语学习,此时,分层教学法进入了老师们的视野,分层教学旨在实现因材施教,为不同能力水平的学生量身订造专属的学习方式,将教学方案的效果最大化呈现出来,带给学生们一个符合自己学习水平的同等教学速度,期望初中英语老师能在这个分层教学中找准每个学生的定位,设计更加完善的初中英语教学计划,促进学生们初中英语学习的进步。本文主要先讲述初中英语分层教学的意义,随后描述目前初中英语分层教学的实践困难,最后阐述如何将初中英语分层教学做得更好。
