A Study on the Management Art and Communication Skills of Junior Middle School Head Teachers

摘要 初中教育阶段的学生基本上已经处于青春期,而这个时期的学生具有思维简单且固执,有表现个人决断的意识,但并不能准确的处理突发事件,很容易因为一些小事而与同学产生矛盾等特点,这些都给班级日常管理带来很大的影响。基于这种情况,班主任应该肩负起管理班级秩序,引导学生形成积极正确的价值观念,并在一定程度上约束学生的各种行为,保证班级内部良好的学习环境。因此,文本就初中班主任的管理艺术与沟通技巧进行分析和研究,希望以此来提升初中班级管理的有效性,为学生学习和生活保驾护航。 Junior high school education stage of the student basically is in adolescence,and students in this period is characterized by simple thinking and stubborn,and have the consciousness of individual decisions,but not accurate handling of emergencies,very easy because some things and characteristics such as conflict with classmates,all these bring great influence on class daily management. Based on this situation,the head teacher should shoulder the responsibility of managing class order,guide students to form positive and correct values,and restrain students’ various behaviors to a certain extent to ensure a good learning environment inside the class. Therefore,this text analyzes and studies the management art and communication skills of junior middle school class teachers,hoping to improve the effectiveness of junior middle school class management and protect students’ learning and life.
