转化初中数学学困生的有效策略

Effective Strategies to Transform Junior Middle School Students with Difficulties in Mathematics

摘要 每个班级都有这样的人:上课不主动回答问题、缺乏学习自信心、学习压力大、面对学习存在畏惧心理等。在当前教育教学环境下,这类学生被统称为"学困生"。实际上,学困生指的就是在学习过程中有不良行为习惯或在学习中存在各种障碍的学生,自主学习能力弱,课上学习质量不高。随着新课程改革的不断推进,如何转化学困生已成为当前一线教师共同关注问题。本文就以初中数学教学为例,对"转化初中数学学困生的有效策略"进行简单阐述,以供同行教师参考。 Every class has such people:not actively answering questions in class,lack of self-confidence in learning,high learning pressure,fear of learning,etc. In the current education and teaching environment,such students are collectively referred to as "students with learning difficulties." In fact,students with learning difficulties refer to students who have bad behaviors or have various obstacles in the learning process,have weak independent learning ability and low learning quality in class. With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform,how to transfer students with difficulties in chemistry has become a common concern of current frontline teachers. This article takes junior high school mathematics teaching as an example to briefly explain the "effective strategies for transforming junior high school mathematics students with learning difficulties" for reference by fellow teachers.
