Analysis on the Management Strategy of moral Education of head teacher in Junior Middle School

立德树人是我国教育理念,也是班主任开展德育管理工作的重要原则。在初中教育中,班主任应兼顾学生的德育工作和文化学习,不仅要提高学生的文化水平,还要塑造其良好人格与品德,从而促进学生的全面发展。基于此,文章对既往德育管理工作的问题和不足进行总结,并结合教育教学实际情况,提出解决策略,旨在为教育工作者提供有益参考。

establishing morality and cultivating people is not only the educational concept of our country,but also an important principle for the head teacher to carry out the management of moral education.In junior high school education,the head teacher should take into account students’moral education and cultural study,not only to improve students’cultural level,but also to shape their good personality and moral character,so as to promote the all-round development of students.Based on this,the article summarizes the problems and shortcomings of the previous moral education management,and combined with the actual situation of education and teaching,puts forward solving strategies,in order to provide useful reference for educators.
