农村小学数学学困生转化策略的研究

Study on Transformation Strategies of Students with Difficulty in Learning Mathematics in Rural Primary Schools

摘要 近十年来,我国逐渐发展农村小学的教育改革,而农村小学的学困生转化工作一直都是教师亟需解决的问题。在小学数学教学中利用创新的教学方式,为学生营造轻松愉快的课堂气氛,从而调动学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的学习能力,帮助学困生能够提高学生效率,加快学困生的转化工作,促进学生的未来发展,本文从利用多媒体信息技术、创建情景教学方式、分组教学方式、游戏教学方式等几个方面进行分析,如何提高农校小学数学学困生的转化效率,为广大农村小学数学教育工作者提供教学思路。 In the past ten years,China has gradually developed the educational reform of rural primary schools,and the transformation of students with learning difficulties in rural primary schools has always been an urgent problem for teachers to solve.In the elementary school mathematics teaching by using innovative teaching methods,to create a relaxed and happy classroom atmosphere for students,so as to mobilize the students’interest in learning,improve the learning ability of students,help the poor student can improve the efficiency of students,to speed up the transformation of the poor student work,promote students’future development,this article from the use of multimedia information technology,create situational teaching,group teaching,game teaching method and so on several aspects carries on the analysis,how to improve the conversion efficiency of poor student aggie elementary school mathematics,the teaching way of thinking for the rural elementary school mathematics education workers.
