偏远农村初中班级管理中存在的问题及对策探究 被引量:1

摘要 随着教育改革的不断推进,学校教育在教学内容上变得更加丰富,但是在学校教学中,在教学管理方面还有所欠缺,尤其是针对偏远地区的农村而言,农村中的初级中学在教学管理和班级管理方面仍存在诸多问题,例如在班级管理方面,农村初级中学依旧保持着老师是绝对的权威人物,同时在班级管理方面方式太过于单一,没有多层次多方位的班级管理模式。此外在班级管理方面,随着时代的不断进步和文化多元化的普及,农村中的学生的思想理念已经发生了巨大的改变,学生思想变得更加开放,伴随传统管理方式和管理理念无法对新时代的农村中学生进行合理而科学的管理,所以在针对现阶段的偏远农村初中学生管理方面我们急需对其进行改革。制定完善的农村初中生管理体制对学生的发展有着重要的作用。 with the development of educational reform,school education has become more abundant in teaching content,but there are still some deficiencies in teaching management in school teaching,especially in rural areas.There are still many problems in teaching management and class management in rural junior high schools.For example,in class management,rural junior high schools still maintain teachers as absolute authority,and class management is too single and there is no multi-level and multi-directional class management model.In addition,in class management,with the continuous progress of the times and the popularization of cultural diversity,the ideological ideas of students in rural areas have changed greatly,and students’thoughts have become more open.With the traditional management methods and management concepts,we need to reform the management of remote rural junior high school students.The establishment of a sound management system for rural junior high school students plays an important role in the development of students.
