沟通艺术在小学班主任管理工作中的应用研究

沟通是人与人之间独有的联系方式,良好的沟通可以消除彼此的对立情绪,有效拉近两个人的距离,从而维持良好的人际关系。班主任虽然是小学班级管理工作的实施者,但是在管理当中也要重视语言的艺术与沟通的艺术,与学生之间建立友好、融洽的关系,只有这样才能为班级整体管理水平的提高带来保障。基于此,本文主要就小学班主任管理工作中运用沟通艺术的意义进行阐述,并提出了几点具体的应用方法。

Communication is a unique way of contact between people.Good communication can eliminate the opposition between each other,effectively shorten the distance between two people,so as to maintain a good interpersonal relationship.Although the head teacher is the implementer of primary school class management,but in the management,we should also pay attention to the art of language and communication,and establish a friendly and harmonious relationship with students.Only in this way can we guarantee the improvement of the overall management level of the class.Based on this,this paper mainly expounds the significance of the use of communication art in the management of primary school head teachers,and puts forward some specific application methods.
