共情能力是表现幼儿情商的重要组成部分,这一能力主要体现为能够站在别人的角度思考问题,培养共情能力的根本在于让幼儿们从小养成换位思考的习惯,使幼儿在保持自身独立性的同时,能够真切地理解他人的感受。在共情能力的养成下,幼儿所表现出来的为人处事的方式往往会更加温和且更具有感染力。教师在进行幼儿教育的过程中,要强化共情教育的投入,让幼儿在当下的生活中彰显更强的共情与共鸣,为幼儿未来的人际交往能力的提升打下坚实的基础。

Empathy ability is an important part of children’s EQ,which is mainly reflected in the ability to think from the perspective of others.The root of cultivating empathy ability is to let children form the habit of transposition thinking from childhood,so that children can truly understand others’feelings while maintaining their independence.With the development of empathy,children’s ways of dealing with people tend to be more gentle and infectious.In the process of early childhood education,teachers should strengthen the input of empathy education,so that children can show stronger empathy and resonance in the current life,and lay a solid foundation for the improvement of children’s future interpersonal skills.
