农村留守儿童的小学教育现状及对策

小学教育是整个义务教育的起始阶段,也是教育孩子的关键时期,我们教育并管理好小学阶段的这部分孩子尤为重要,特别是对于留守儿童的教育。从目前农村现状来看,在校的大部分学生都是留守儿童,我们教育小学生的同时更应该关注这部分留守儿童。学生的各种良好习惯都是在小学阶段养成的,所以我们要抓住小学这个重要阶段重点关注,教育这部分孩子。由于家庭生活的需要,大部分孩子的父母都外出打工、都不在各自的孩子身边。因此学校要更加重视对留守儿童的教育问题,相信只有对其进行正确引导、说服与教育,才能帮助留守儿童树立起正确的人生观、价值观与世界观……最终成为为祖国,为社会主义现代化建设服务的生力军。
