从专业成长角度探究幼儿园转岗教师职业适应问题

From the Perspective of Professional Growth to Explore the Professional Adaptation of Kindergarten Teachers

摘要 随着学前教育行业的迅速发展以及国家政策的大力推广,不少地区面临着幼儿园教师缺失的情况。转岗教师的出现在一定程度上缓解了幼儿园教师的缺失情况。但是幼儿园转岗教师职业适应问题仍然存在,转岗教师在工作中在职业成长上也面临着不同程度的困难。得益于社会对转岗教师职业适应的关注,当前,越来越多的幼儿园开始重视幼儿园转岗教师职业适应问题,对幼儿园转岗教师职业适应问题的具体措施进行一定程度的改革,适应并满足社会发展对幼儿园转岗教师职业适应问题的新要求。本文主要系统梳理幼儿园转岗教师职业适应问题在当前背景下的现状,总结从专业成长角度探究幼儿园转岗教师职业适应问题的优势,针对幼儿园转岗教师职业适应问题提出具体的措施,在实践中检验并发展该措施理论,完善当下的幼儿园转岗教师教育工作体系。 With the rapid development of preschool education industry and the vigorous promotion of national policies,many areas are faced with the lack of kindergarten teachers.The emergence of transferred teachers alleviates the lack of kindergarten teachers to a certain extent.However,there are still some problems in the professional adaptation of the transferred teachers in kindergartens.Benefiting from the social attention to the occupational adaptation of the transferred teachers,at present,more and more kindergartens begin to pay attention to the occupational adaptation of the transferred kindergarten teachers,and reform the specific measures to some extent to adapt to and meet the new requirements of social development on the occupational adaptation of the transferred kindergarten teachers.This paper systematically combs the current situation of the occupational adaptation of kindergarten transferred teachers in the contemporary context,summarizes the advantages of exploring the occupational adaptation of kindergarten transferred teachers from the perspective of professional growth,puts forward specific measures for the occupational adaptation of kindergarten transferred teachers,and tests and develops the theory of the measures in practice,so as to improve the current education system of transferred kindergarten teachers.
