Flexible Use of Effective Evaluation to Optimize Junior School English Teaching

英语是初中普遍开设的一门语言类课程,很多学生虽然学习了多年的英语,英语基础却十分薄弱,哑巴英语也是英语教育中的常见问题。初中阶段的学生要想让他们的英语水平有效提升,需要对学生的学习兴趣进行培养,使学生产生学习动力和学习信心,这样他们才能够更加积极主动地投入英语学习中。教学实践证明,有效的教学评价是发展学生学习动力、推动学生主动学习的重要驱动力。本文就根据自身的教学经验,对如何通过各种有效的评价方式优化初中英语教学的策略进行分析探讨。

English is a common language course in junior middle school.Although many students have studied English for many years,their English Foundation is very weak.Mute English is also a common problem in English education.If students in junior middle school want to improve their English level effectively,they need to cultivate students’interest in learning so that students can have motivation and confidence in learning,in this way,they can be more active in English learning.Teaching practice has proved that effective teaching evaluation is an important driving force to develop students’learning motivation and promote students’active learning.This paper,based on its own teaching experience,analyzes and discusses the strategies of how to optimize junior English teaching through various effective evaluation methods.
