当前,小学班主任班级管理存在的问题主要有,不了解学生,方法缺少创新,管理目标单一和不会与人协作等。针对这些问题,建议小学班主任加强自身教育能力建设,丰富班级管理的内容目标,掌握有效沟通方法,采取灵活多样的方法并重视与家庭的合作。

At present,the primary school class teacher class management problems mainly have,do not understand the students,the lack of innovation in the method,the single management goal and will not cooperate with others.In view of these problems,it is suggested that head teachers in primary schools should strengthen their own education capacity building,enrich the content and objectives of class management,master effective communication methods,adopt flexible and diversified methods and attach importance to cooperation with families.
