班级管理工作的创新型策略研究

Innovative strategies of class management

随着基础教学体制改革的深入发展,中小学班级管理的目标也在不断发生变化。中小学校的班主任为了顺应时代发展的要求,亟需对班级管理工作进行创新,提升班级管理的质量。文章结合实际的中小学班级管理和数学教学经验,简述了中小学班级管理工作存在的问题和现实意义,从尊重学生的主体地位、巧用分层教学法、提高教师自身素质、开展德育教育四个方面阐明了创新型班级管理工作的实施策略,希望为中小学班主任提供参考。

With the in-depth development of basic teaching system reform,the objectives of class management in primary and secondary schools are also changing.In order to meet the requirements of the development of the times,class teachers in primary and secondary schools need to innovate the class management and improve the quality of class management.Combined with the practical experience of class management and mathematics teaching in primary and secondary schools,this paper briefly describes the problems and practical significance of class management in primary and secondary schools,and expounds the implementation strategies of innovative class management from four aspects:respecting the dominant position of students,skillfully using hierarchical teaching method,improving teachers’own quality and carrying out moral education,hoping to provide reference for primary and secondary school class teachers.
