幼儿园是一个小社会,幼儿在幼儿园中通过课程活动、人际交往可习得、整合平等的社会价值观,并不断强化。幼儿社会性在人际交往中实现,为幼儿建立一个"平等"的社会价值观的人际交往取向,引导幼儿了解交往的多面性,通过言传身教,实现师幼之间、幼儿之间的平等交往,完善幼儿在幼儿园期间的人际交往模式。幼儿拥有新的人际交往观念,能够持有一视同仁、不偏见的态度,更加友好的与人相处。

Kindergarten is a small society in which children can acquire,integrate and strengthen social values of equality through curriculum activities and interpersonal communication.Children’s sociality is realized in the interpersonal communication,and the orientation of interpersonal communication is to establish an"equal"social value for children,to guide children to understand the multi-faceted nature of communication,and to teach them by word,by example,realize the equal communication between teachers and children,and perfect the children’s interpersonal communication mode in kindergarten.Young children have a new concept of interpersonal communication,can hold a non-discriminatory,non-biased attitude,more friendly to get along with people.
