小学英语学困生的转化策略探究

On the transformation strategies of primary school students with English learning difficulties

摘要 由于学生成长发展过程中所呈现出的差异性以及不平衡性,所以在英语学习过程中其也存在着一些学困生。学困生是教师教学英语的难题,教师必须找出学困生产生的根本原因,并采取针对性的方式将其转化。本文结合小学英语学困生教学策略展开研究,提出了培养良好师生关系、转变学生学习态度、建立家校合作机制等策略,在教学过程中引领学生关注知识学习内容,完成小学英语学困生的转化。 Due to the differences and imbalances in the process of students’growth and development,there are also some students with learning difficulties in the process of English learning.Students with learning difficulties is a difficult problem for teachers to teach English.Teachers must find out the root causes of students with learning difficulties and adopt targeted methods to transform them.Based on the teaching strategies of English learning difficulties in primary school,this paper puts forward some strategies,such as cultivating a good teacher-student relationship,changing students’learning attitude,establishing a home school cooperation mechanism,etc.in the teaching process,we can lead students to pay attention to knowledge learning content and complete the transformation of primary school English learning difficulties students.
