in recent years,with the deepening of teaching reform,quality education has been widely concerned.In order to promote the overall development of students,teachers need to adopt new teaching methods and teaching methods to promote students’effective learning.In order to build an efficient classroom in the process of junior high school physical education,we need to use sports games skillfully,stimulate students’interest in sports learning under the game teaching method,guide students to actively carry out physical exercise,master sports skills,and promote the development of students’physical fitness.This paper analyzes the application of sports games in the process of junior high school physical education teaching,and explores how to apply sports games in the construction of high-efficiency classroom of junior high school physical education.
