在以往的幼儿学期评语撰写过程中,出现了评语概括化严重、可信度偏低、个性化缺失、指导性不强的不足,所以在幼儿成长档案改革过程中,我们利用主题的数据信息,将幼儿的学期表现形成了幼儿成长报告,教师根据报告来撰写个性化的学期评语,教师也由此来进行针对性的自我反思。

Therefore,in the process of reform of children’s growth archives,we use the data information of the theme to form a children’s growth report,and teachers write personalized term comments according to the report To carry out targeted self reflection.
