以数据为依据的幼儿个性化学期评语初探

摘要 在以往的幼儿学期评语撰写过程中,出现了评语概括化严重、可信度偏低、个性化缺失、指导性不强的不足,所以在幼儿成长档案改革过程中,我们利用主题的数据信息,将幼儿的学期表现形成了幼儿成长报告,教师根据报告来撰写个性化的学期评语,教师也由此来进行针对性的自我反思。 In the past,there are some shortcomings in the writing process of early childhood term comments,such as serious generalization,low credibility,lack of individualization,and weak guidance. Therefore,in the process of reform of children’s growth archives,we use the data information of the theme to form a children’s growth report,and teachers write personalized term comments according to the report To carry out targeted self reflection.
