正面管教在小学语文课堂教学中运用

摘要 正面管教是一种既不惩罚孩子,也不过分溺爱孩子的管教方式。目前正面管教理论已经广泛的被教师和家长所认识到,并且运用到家庭教育和教育教学之中,那么如何将正面管理应用于小学语文课堂,实践中,笔者从四个方面来展开:基于正面管教理念建立情感联结,基于正面管理方法进行适宜批评,基于正面管理过程善用鼓励言语,基于正面管理目标促进自我管理,有效促进了小学语文教学效益提升。 Positive discipline is a way of discipline that neither punishes nor spoils children. At present,the theory of positive discipline has been widely recognized by teachers and parents,and applied to family education and teaching. So how to apply positive management to primary school Chinese classroom,in practice,the author starts from four aspects: establishing emotional connection based on positive discipline concept,making appropriate criticism based on positive management method,and making good use of drum based on positive management process Encouraging speech,based on the positive management objectives,promotes self-management and effectively promotes the efficiency of primary school Chinese teaching.
