摘要
幼儿园在发展的过程中离不开相关部门的指导与辅助,幼儿园伙伴合作机制的提出,可以有效的提高幼儿园的师资水平。本文结合幼儿园伙伴合作机制中最重要的两个方面进行深入的分析,就如何提高幼儿教育专业水平发展提出一定的建议,力求进一步推动幼儿园伙伴合作机制的发展,促进幼儿教育实践者的专业发展。
The development of kindergartens is inseparable from the guidance and assistance of relevant departments. The proposal of kindergarten partner cooperation mechanism can effectively improve the level of kindergarten teachers. This paper analyzes the two most important aspects of the kindergarten partnership mechanism,and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the professional level of preschool education,so as to further promote the development of kindergarten partnership mechanism and promote the professional development of preschool education practitioners.
