摘要
随着新课程改革的不断推进和深入发展,要求教师要能够以学生为主体,教师引导学生进行学习。在小学语文这一科目的教学,小学语文教师要注重学生对基础知识的掌握,对于一些基础比较薄弱的学生教师要能够因材施教,具体情况具体分析,保护学生的自尊心的同时,还要帮助学生建立学习的自信心,帮助基础比较薄弱的学生在日常的学习活动中不断地进步,提高基础薄弱学生的语文素养,进而促进全班小学生的共同进步和发展。
With the continuous promotion and further development of the new curriculum reform,teachers should be able to take students as the main body and teachers guide students to learn. In the teaching of primary school Chinese,primary school Chinese teachers should pay attention to students’ mastery of basic knowledge. For some students with weak foundation,they should be able to teach students according to their aptitude,analyze the specific situation and protect students’ self-esteem. It also helps students to build self-confidence,improve students’ Chinese literacy and promote the common progress and development of pupils.
