新课标的全面落实实施,对小学英语教师提出更为严格的标准,要求教师需具备优秀的教学表演素养,这也对小学英语教学具有非常重要的影响和作用。基于此,本文对小学英语教师教学表演素养进行分析探讨,以此为教师专业发展与小学英语教学提供相应的帮助与参考。

The full implementation of the new curriculum standard puts forward stricter standards for primary school English teachers,requiring teachers to have excellent teaching performance literacy,which also has a very important impact and role on primary school English teaching. Based on this,this paper analyzes and discusses the teaching performance literacy of primary school English teachers,so as to provide corresponding help and reference for teachers’ professional development and primary school English teaching.
