思维导图是由英国心理学家托尼巴赞提出的一种放射性思维的自然表达方式。思维导图又称脑图、心智地图、脑力激荡图、灵感触发图、概念地图、树状图、树枝图或思维地图,是一种图像式思维的工具以及一种利用图像式思考辅助工具。和传统的直线记录方法不同,思维导图看上去就像一个人的神经网络图,它能提高人的理解能力、记忆能力,逻辑思维和创造性思维。思维导图的核心思想是运用左脑的数字、词语、逻辑等功能,同时也运用右脑的色彩、图像、符号、空间意识等功能,将思维痕迹用图画和线条形成发散性的结构,把形象思维与抽象思维很好地结合起来,最大程度地激发大脑的联想与创造力。

Mind mapping is a natural expression of radioactive thinking proposed by British psychologist Tony Bazin.Mind map,also known as brain map,mental map,brainstorming map,inspiration trigger map,concept map,tree diagram,branch map or thinking map,is a tool of image thinking and an auxiliary tool of using image thinking.Different from the traditional linear recording method,mind mapping looks like a person’s neural network map.It can improve people’s understanding ability,memory ability,logical thinking and creative thinking.The core idea of mind mapping is to use the left brain’s functions of numbers,words,logic,etc.,as well as the right brain’s functions of color,image,symbol and space consciousness to form a divergent structure of thinking traces with pictures and lines,and to combine image thinking with abstract thinking well,so as to stimulate the association and creativity of the brain to the greatest extent.
